Wernecke IT is a two-person team in Berlin. Fabian works on websites, web applications and support questions; John-Paul on IT operations, networks, hosting and monitoring. That makes it clear who looks after which topic.
We support small and mid-sized businesses across Berlin and Brandenburg. Our work centres on clear communication, documented changes and personal knowledge of the environments we look after. When web and IT topics overlap, we coordinate them directly as a team.
The team
Fabian is responsible for web development and IT support; John-Paul for IT operations, networks, hosting and monitoring. When a topic crosses these areas, we coordinate it directly as a team. Each of us knows the environments we look after and the relevant context. Documented operating procedures and clearly recorded next steps make handovers traceable and keep it clear who is responsible for each topic.
Fabian Wernecke
Web Development & IT Support
Fabian is responsible for web development and IT support. He builds company websites, web applications and interfaces, and helps with concrete workplace IT questions involving user accounts and standard software. For web projects, he takes requirements from initial clarification through technical implementation.
John-Paul Wernecke
IT Operations, Networks, Hosting & Monitoring
John-Paul is responsible for IT operations, networks, hosting and monitoring. He plans and looks after office IT, networks and Wi-Fi, documents operating procedures, and supports changes to server, hosting and monitoring environments. His focus is day-to-day operations and infrastructure.
